  Grace at FloRise Pilates has been such a great find! She is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and attentive, while also being wonderfully gentle and encouraging. I have been very impressed by her expertise and attention to detail. She carefully observes positioning and technique, making subtle adjustments to ensure you are engaging the right muscles correctly and getting the maximum benefit from each exercise. Her warm, clear guidance makes every session feel both supportive and purposeful. The studio itself is pristine, beautifully presented, and welcoming, with an impressive array of equipment that allows every session to be interesting and varied. I love that Grace tailors each session to target different areas of the body and to meet individual goals. She is consistently encouraging and genuinely seems to take delight in seeing her clients improve and make progress. I always leave feeling stronger, challenged, and motivated. A wonderful instructor and a beautiful studio!
