Absolutely love Studio Vela Pilates at Frenchs Forest! The studio is beautiful, aesthetic and always so clean and the instructors are all so lovely and welcoming. I love that they also offer a sauna and red light therapy, plus 24/7 access with screens on the beds so you can do workouts outside of class hours. Such an amazing studio with great facilities — highly recommend! 🤍

Studio Vela Pilates has such a beautiful vibe and aesthetic — the space is stylish, welcoming and creates the perfect atmosphere for Pilates. The instructors are fantastic, and the classes are always well structured, engaging and enjoyable. Such a great studio with an amazing team!
