Dhamma Yoga

My daughter has been training under Amitji for more than a year, and this year I happily enrolled my son as well. It has been one of the best decisions as I've seen remarkable improvements in both of my children—not only in their strength and flexibility, but also in their confidence, focus, and overall emotional wellbeing. Amitji has an incredible ability to encourage children to explore advanced yoga and complex poses under his supervision. He challenges each child according to their ability, helping them build confidence while ensuring they feel supported at every step. The classes go far beyond physical postures. The children also learn meditation and breathing techniques, which have helped them manage stress, regulate their emotions, and naturally become calmer. I have also experienced the benefits of the adult yoga classes, which are equally inspiring and welcoming. I had the opportunity to attend classes guided by Amanda and Mel. They each have their own unique teaching style and bring something special to every session. Their dedication, knowledge, and passion for yoga are outstanding, and the quality of their teaching is every bit as exceptional as Amitji's.. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, the classes cater to all levels and promotes overall wellbeing. What truly makes Dhammayoga special is the sense of community. We don't just see it as a yoga class—we see it as a family. Amitji is not only an exceptional teacher but also a wonderful mentor. He and the team contribute so much to the community and create an environment where every individual feels valued and heard. I highly recommend Dhammayoga classes in Blacktown to anyone looking for high quality yoga.
