I have been a client of Pilates Plus since Jen first opened her studio in Beecroft in the early 2000's. I have been taught by all the staff over the years and have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and kindness by her amazing team. The studio cater for all age groups from school age to 80+. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jen and her team of teachers.
