I’ve been coming here for about 7 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. This is proper Pilates, really tailored to your body and what you need, rather than a generic reformer class where everyone is doing exactly the same thing. Ann-Marie is a wonderful teacher and really knows what she’s doing. Definitely the best Pilates studio you’ll find in London.
