  My partner saw people talking about this place on Facebook (negatively) and I realised I’d never shared my experience The massage here was so bad that I have real doubts whether she is even qualified. I was tempted to report her because I highly doubt she is. I attend for a pregnancy massage. A lovely treat booked by my mom but it was horrendous. It was barely a massage it was so light. I’m aware there are limits in pregnancy, however I’ve had pregnancy massage when carrying my first two and they were fantastic. This lady Minny used pregnancy as an excuse not to have to try it seems “I can only do much” “I’m limited” It felt like she just couldn’t be bothered I should have listened to the red flag before hand. Shortly before my session I got a notification from TW that Minny had cancelled and I was gutted. No reason given. It was pre paid by my mom. Then she whatsapped me to say to the session was still going ahead & to come in. It was an “error” with the TW app apparently. Massage booked was 60 minutes but only got 40-45. I got there early and she didn’t come to get me until after my appointment time so by the time we’d had a consult & I’d got undressed (it takes time when heavily pregnant) it had eaten in to my massage time. I arrived early to allow for this. Unfortunately she didn’t. She finished and when she left the room I checked my watch and I realised I had about 15-20 minutes less massage that was meant to have. That’s about 1/3! Annoyed I challenged her and she said it was because I came late but I was there 15 minutes early, she came out late to collect me. When I explained that she just accused me of being confused and having pregnancy brain. I don’t appreciate being gaslit or blamed for her mistakes. I was livid. On top of all that she charged me more than it was supposed to be again claiming I had got the price wrong. She got quite angry with me when I said that’s not the price. I couldn’t pull up the booking on TW because there was no signal in there. Can’t remember if it was £10 or £15 on more than was supposed to be. She took a lovely gift from my mom and just ruined the entire experience, made me pay for it myself and short changed me. Also worth noting there was a LOT of steps which weren’t mentioned on bookings, which would be worth mentioning for heavily pregnant women. The entire experience was abysmal.

  Toby is lovely shiatsu practitioner as soon as you walk in it's so quiet and peaceful something I'm not used to it's clean and super chill :) therapy was relaxing and not tatty was very nice I will now plan to see toby again in the future :) x also the carabian fella was freindly too was very relaxing environment compared to outside :)

  The new Vegan cafe "LOVEGIFT VEGAN" sells amazing food. You have to try it!!! I fell in love with the fritters!!
