MoreYoga Soho

MoreYoga Soho is a yoga studio in central London, a short walk from Carnaby Street. Reviewers mostly describe hot yoga and hot flow classes, and lunchtime vinyasa sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Abeo is praised for being professional and helpful, and for pushing students beyond their comfort zone, and Julie's Thursday lunchtime vinyasa flow is singled out. Instructors are described as able to adapt practice for all levels and to help with inversions. Arrive ten minutes early, because a concierge lets people in. The studio is described as spacious and well ventilated despite having no windows. Smell comes up more than once, with one review noting mould when the air conditioning runs, and another describing a crowded, smelly class. Some visitors also find the building run down.

I really like the app and the teachers are wonderful, but this is completely unacceptable. We are supposed to 'breathe deeply' during yoga classes and this doesn’t look safe. Also, it smells mold, when the air conditioner is working. I put one star for owner to pay attention to it.

Hidden away spot. Good value. Very relaxed. Fits into my schedule well. Seems serious yoga but still accessible for anyone else above beginner
