  I recently started attending the weekly Yin Yoga class and it is such a restorative experience. Maddy creates a welcoming atmosphere and guides everyone through each pose with clear instructions and encouragement. After each class, I feel fully relaxed and refreshed and my body feels stretched and free of tension.The peaceful environment and mindful approach makes it appropriate for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or experienced.
