  I haven't been able to Attend Helens classes for a while as I moved out of the area but she is definitely the best PIlates/Yoga teacher going, her classes are great. So if you live in the area then id definitely recommend her classes. She's a lovely lady as well.

  Helen is a great instructor, who makes it fun every week! We have different equipment every three weeks, so your body gets a great stretch and workout in different areas Not only good for the body but for the mind also! Will miss this class SO much , when we finally move😢

  Helen is a fantastic teacher, her classes are great fun and suitable for beginners to experts via different levels of challenge. She encourages everyone to do the best that they can. Highly recommended!
