I’ve truly enjoyed the classes at Agni Yoga. Every one of the yoga instructors are talented and encouraging, which makes me want to give each class my all. I have recommended this studio to friends and will continue to do so. It’s great to have a yoga studio like this in the heart of Sellwood.

I cannot recommend this hot yoga studio enough. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely focused on helping people grow and heal. Leah, the owner and lead teacher, is truly exceptional. Her depth of knowledge in yoga is immediately clear, but what sets her apart is how she shares it. She has a rare ability to guide students in a way that connects the mind and body, helping you move with intention and awareness. Her teaching goes beyond physical poses as it feels like she encourages focus, concentration, and inner understanding, which makes every class feel transformative. Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, this is a studio that meets you where you are and helps you progress safely and thoughtfully. If you are looking for a yoga studio that offers an outstanding workout, but also much more than just a workout, this studio is something special.

What an incredible 90-minute Bikram session, from the moment we walked in, the hospitality here was second to none. The studio was immaculate, the heat was dialed in perfectly (intense but never unbearable), and the instructor guided the full 26-posture sequence with the kind of pacing and cueing that makes you feel both challenged and supported the whole way through. Leah warm and welcoming before and after class, which made the whole experience feel more like a wellness retreat than a quick workout. We walked out drenched, wrung out, and honestly euphoric — already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their practice or just looking for a studio that treats you like a person, not a number. - William
