District Flow is a yoga studio in Southeast Washington, next to a metro station. One reviewer says an instructor integrates breathwork into every movement, and another found the studio's aroma, lighting and decor calming. Prices are called fair, and the studio is described as inclusive and welcoming for a neighbourhood in southeast DC.

  I’ve gone to this studio for about a year now and it’s incredible. Each instructor brings their own vibe and personality to the classes and it’s easy to find instructors and classes that best align with your needs. I built a routine around certain classes and they often were the best parts of my days! They have a huge variety of classes and ample space in the studio. They also have promotions for first month and slight discounts for first responders/healthcare employees. I’d HIGHLY recommend this studio to anyone in the area. It’s comparable cost ((if not cheaper)) to most nearby studios and has more variety of classes. Check out Adrienne and Chris especially as their classes have become a favorite of mine.
