Yoga Shakti

This yoga studio has recently come under scrutiny due to poor management and customer service issues. Many reviews highlight frustrations with the current ownership, where clients have faced challenges like a malfunctioning website and rude staff. Customers express concerns over expired class packages and perceived unfair charges for extending class validity. Some members report issues with subscription cancellations and lack of communication from management. Recent attempts to resolve these issues appear to have been met with administrative hurdles, leading to dissatisfaction among long-term patrons. Despite a history of good service, the current operation leaves much to be desired in terms of customer relations. Additionally, while some clients have received apologies and extensions on class expirations after public complaints, recurring frustrations with billing practices and customer service overshadow these improvements.
