Yesterday I did a fantastic tea ceremony , reiki, yin, yoga, journaling workshop. The instructor was beautiful, loving and thoughtful, and they gently ushered us into a calm state. I wish I could do this every week to get that daily frazzle out of me! A beautiful way to start the week!

All around lovely place: kind people, great instructors, it’s clean and smells nice. My new favorite place in the hood.

The studio did not feel very clean or well maintained and most classes I’ve taken have been way too crowded. We’re supposed to wipe down the yoga mats after class which is expected but they didn’t provide rags, just thin brown paper towels which left behind little bits of paper, so the mats didn't even seem clean afterward. The beginner class also didn't feel very beginner friendly, even though I've been practicing yoga for quite a while. Overall, I've found other studios that are cleaner, less crowded, and offer slower-paced classes that are a much better fit for me.
