Manhattan, New York
This yoga studio and spa offers a clean, tranquil, and welcoming atmosphere in the heart of the city. With a variety of classes including hatha, gentle, and restorative yoga, it caters to yogis of all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. The instructors are noted for their professionalism, kindness, and ability to tailor classes to meet the needs of individual students. Special practices like donation-based classes and a unique scrub and massage experience elevate the overall wellness proposition. Though many reviewers appreciate the serene environment and exceptional services, the strict late arrival policy has sparked frustration among some, impacting overall customer satisfaction. With a beautiful outdoor terrace and an inviting setting, it has become a cherished spot for many to unwind and rejuvenate.

Turned up for a within the 5 minute late window. Rang the bell a few times but nothing happened. After a couple of minutes I tried to call, but given I don't have a US number it took a few tries and fiddling with my phone settings to be able to get through. When I eventually did speak to someone she was rude - accusing me of lying about being there within the 5 minute window because I didn't phone straight away. I explained the situation, and when I asked whether my credits would be refunded she hung up. I understand that it's my responsibility to be on time, but I also expect (a) the late window to be honoured (b) not to be accused of lying and (c) not to be hung up on when I ask a basic customer service question. EDIT: the receptionist has just called me to accuse me of lying (again!). I totally understand the need to enforce strict late policies, but even if I had arrived after the 5 minute window it does not justify the receptionist arguing with me which has frankly been quite upsetting. Terrible customer service which is a shame as judging by the other reviews the classes themselves seem great.
"I've been going to Yoga Spa NYC Midtown for a month and it's become my reset button. The studio is calm, clean, and right in Midtown so it's super convenient after work. The yoga classes are amazing - teachers are experienced and actually correct your form instead of just reading a script. I did Vinyasa and Yin and both were great for flexibility and stress. The spa part is a bonus. After class you can do sauna or massage. Mats, towels, and water are provided. Pricing is reasonable for NYC. 5/5. Perfect if you want yoga + relaxation in one place.
