This is the best yoga studio in downtown Flushing; classes are never crowded, so the pace is relaxed and unhurried.

The instructors are incredibly gentle and patient. The studio is spotlessly clean, and every teacher pays close attention to details. Aerial yoga is quite challenging, but my instructor gave me so much encouragement throughout the class.

I have been with One Yoga for over two years and I don’t think I will go anywhere else going forward either. My body had improved so much flexibility and strength wise it truly feels incredible. Instructors are very professional and friendly, also loved that it’s 99% female which make me feel very comfortable. It’s now my routine and I enjoy going there whenever time allows. If you are here for aerial classes, make sure that you come understanding safety is first and you might take a while to actually feel like you know what you are doing. So communication is important with the instructors and asking them which would be the best class for beginners so you won’t feel overwhelmed. They are all very nice and very willing to answer any question.
