I came to the studio new to yoga and am so happy that I found it! I’ve attended a couple of Alicia’s different classes (prenatal and general) and cannot recommend them enough. The atmosphere is welcoming and accommodating to all types of students. Alicia has so much knowledge and also cares a lot about her students. This translates into the benefits I feel after attending class, as well as the progress I've seen in my own practice. I look forward to class every week :)

I cannot live without these yoga classes. Alicia is a yoga master and you can feel her enthusiasm for everything she does (which is not limited to yoga). I've been going there for a few years now, before I was pregnant and throughout my pregnancy. Not only do I feel better physically, I feel better emotionally. It's typically the same people who go, and there is a sense of community. It's a great workout and you get to make new friends. Check it out if you haven't.
