I completed my 200 hour training here and absolutely loved my experience! Jen and the entire teaching staff at TSY is incredible and so knowledgable. I highly recommend TSY to anyone in NYC looking to become a certified yoga teacher.

TSY’s 200 hour training is so worth it I can’t even exactly put it in words. The amount of thought and intention put into every minute of the training is incredible, and you will come out of it an extremely well rounded and thoroughly trained teacher. If you have the chance to take it, don’t hesitate.

I signed up for the 200-hour yoga course hoping to deepen my own practice, but it ended up giving me so much more than that. The setting was cozy and welcoming, with a wonderful group of classmates who made the experience even better. We were always encouraged to be ourselves, to listen to our bodies, and to find our own way of practicing. I always felt truly heard and supported by every instructor. Jen did an amazing job balancing in-person and virtual learning, and each instructor — shout-out to Jen, Connor, Lisa, Sam, and others — brought their own style, knowledge, and energy. It was refreshing to learn from so many different perspectives. I’d highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to learn more about yoga, whether you plan to teach or just want to explore your practice more deeply.
