Took a class for the first time recently and had an amazing experience! The teacher was fantastic and took the time to correct postures while also cultivating a grounding and relaxing environment. The studio space is perfectly put together, wide open space with lots of natural light and plants. Yoga is tough to get back into but absolutely worth it and I left feeling settled and ready to take on my day :) Thank you Rita!

I had my first Yin Yoga class with Rita, and it was a wonderful experience. The studio is warm, welcoming, and has everything you need for practice. I came to class feeling exhausted, but left feeling deeply rested, as if I had slept for an entire day. I loved Rita’s calming voice, teaching style, and the meditative flow of the class. She is professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I highly recommend Rita to anyone looking for a thoughtful, welcoming, and restorative yoga experience. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Prana Yoga is a haven for all looking to get in shape, relax, or learn yoga. Mariya, one of the yoga teachers, is a true yogi who leads her classes with compassion and good instructions to follow along. Leah is another teacher I enjoy because her classes are fun with new moves to learn. Much appreciate this place.
