  The person who checked us in was friendly and energetic and told us everything we needed to know. The instructor was clear in the movement instructions and I like that she modeled the movements from the front, left and right sides of the room. The class was on time. The towel and mat provided were clean and well cared for. Overall good experience for a c-section middle aged mom who's just getting back into fitness. The class was hard!!
