  I had the pleasure of attending Ale’s yoga class at the fountain blue hotel while on a work retreat and it was amazing! She was awesome! Personable, Funny, Knowledgeable, Athletic.. I mean she’s in GREAT SHAPE!! I wish I lived in the area, so she could help me get recentered but for now I’ll just follow her on insta 🩵♥️
