What a beautiful practice — a true opportunity to connect with a community that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. It was deeply grounding, and I genuinely appreciate the space it created for me to reconnect with myself through their guidance. Mark and Erinn, thank you both sincerely for sharing such meaningful energy.

Such a wonderful yoga studio. The place is so boho chick and cozy, amazing teachers and they chant in class. I love it! Check out Roger’s class on Wednesday nights. He is incredible!

As I sit here basking in the bliss of completing my second 200-hr training with Sukha, I'm flashing back on my 11-year history with this incredible studio that has been a second home and family to me. From countless weeknight flows and sweaty and sacred Sunday Services with Erinn and Mark, to puppy yoga, my first Vinyasa Flow training, a magical retreat in Greece, to finding much-needed grounding through my meditation training, the memories are rich, full, and abundant. I'm so thankful to my friend who back in 2015 said to me, "Hey, I'm going to this place, it's called Sukha, you should check it out." She changed my life with that simple invitation. I will be forever grateful to Erinn and Mark, and all the teachers at Sukha who give so much heart and grace to every practice and to the shared sangha we've created over all these years. If you are looking for a community that is full of warm, vibrant, kind human beings who teach you how to be your own lighthouse, look no further. You've found your home.
