Glow has truly changed my relationship with exercise! I have a free gym in my building, but I could never make working out a regular habit. It turns out I needed structure, guidance, and a little accountability. Natalie’s morning livestream classes gave me exactly that and made exercise part of my life! I feel amazing after every class, like I’ve already done the hardest thing of the day by pushing myself to sweat, taking care of myself, and getting energized for the day ahead! Glute exercises are the best I’ve ever tried! Eventually, I wanted more and started exploring Glow’s in-person classes, but I still join Natalie’s livestreams every week. What I especially love about Glow is its amazing combination of strength training, stretching, and restorative classes. There’s something for every mood and every need! I also absolutely love the sound baths. Feeling a singing bowl vibrate on your belly is an amazing experience that I think everyone should have at least once! I’ve heard wonderful things about Yin yoga with hot stones, and that’s next on my list! There’s so much to explore at Glow, and I highly recommend checking it out!
Ive been practicing yoga for 15+ years, and it is so refreshing to go to both a yin and flow class that is rooted in form, breath, play, and exploration. Emma G’s flow at 6:30 and Friday evening Yin were both 10/10. In this day of loud music and fast poses where breath to movement is more or less ignored, to be able to take class with such intention made my week in SF. I can’t speak to any of the other classes outside flow and yin, but Emma G is a great teacher! Thank you!
Such a beautiful experience at Glow Yoga in SF. My daughter and I took the Yin Melt with Hot Stones class together and I cannot say enough good things. It was my first time with hot stones and it was deeply relaxing and nourishing for both body and mind. Our instructor, Emma, was exceptional, knowledgeable, calm, and so intentional with every placement of the stones. The studio is a peaceful and welcoming space. If you're in San Francisco, do yourself a favour and book a class. Emma and Glow Yoga are a gift. :)
